When you join the Investor Club or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, and mobile number. We also record the consent choices you make on this site, such as which text messages you opt in to. We collect basic site usage data, like which pages you visit.

We use your information to respond to your requests, book a short call with Jason, and send the messages you asked for. We do not use this website to make investment offers.

SMS program. Landwell Capital (Lafferty Real Estate) runs a text message program for people who ask to hear from us.

How you opt in. You opt in by checking one or both of the optional consent boxes on the form at landwellcap.com and submitting it. One box covers transactional messages, such as call booking confirmations, appointment reminders and replies to your questions. The other covers marketing messages, such as event invitations and company updates. Neither box is required to submit the form.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity, such as booking a call or signing up for an event. Message and data rates may apply.

No sharing. We never sell or share your mobile number or your SMS opt in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with service providers that help us deliver our messages, and only for that purpose.
